Description
916 FLOOR SHINE NZ uses non-zinc polymer technology to deliver a product that cleans and prepares SURTEC 955 ULTRA NZ to respond to high speed buffing. 916 FLOOR SHINE NZ is used both as a cleaner/maintainer and floor polish restorer that works three ways simultaneously: it cleans the floor, hardens the finish, and brightens the gloss. This allows the maintenance contractor to recoat less frequently, while maintaining gloss and durability. Best results are obtained when used on floors that have a good foundation of 955 ULTRA NZ and are maintained with a high speed maintenance program.
Directions
CLEANING PRIOR TO BUFFING: Mop floors or scrub with an automatic scrubber using 916 FLOOR SHINE NZ at 1 to 2 ounces per gallon of warm water. Allow to dry, then buff all floor areas with a high speed buffer equipped with SURTEC Thermal Gloss or Champagne pads. For best results, use a floor buffer that turns 1000 RPM or higher.
FLOOR POLISH RESTORATION: Clean the floor using 912 NEUTRAL pH CLEANER diluted 1 to 2 ounces per gallon of water. Mop, or scrub with a floor machine or automatic scrubber. After the floor is clean, apply 916 FLOOR SHINE NZ diluted 1:10 with water (12 ounces per gallon) with a clean wax mop. Let dry, then buff all areas with a high speed buffer equipped with SURTEC Thermal Gloss or Champagne pads.
