Description
FAB CLEAN was specifically designed for fast and effective cleaning of “FAB” room floors to maintain the low particle count desired. FAB CLEAN is safe and effective for all types of “FAB” room floors, or any surface unharmed by water.
FAB CLEAN is not intended for use as a routine cleaner for static dissipative finishes, but is the cleaner of choice for cleaning prior to recoat of SURTEC Static Dissipative Floor Polishes DIAMOND STAT II, or X.C.P. Consult SURTEC for other ESD/EOS control and clean room products for the Electronics, Medical and related industries.
Directions
FAB CLEAN is a concentrate and should be diluted prior to use.
For routine floor cleaning, use 1 to 2 oz. per gallon of water. Apply with mop or auto scrubber, agitate and let dry. For general cleaning of walls, fixtures, etc., use 1 to 4 oz. per gallon, depending on type and severity of soil.
For cleaning prior to recoat of Static-Dissipative Floor Polishes, dilute 2 oz. of FAB CLEAN per gallon of water (deionized if available), but use the minimum amount of liquid possible in order to clean the floor; excessiveamounts of liquid will degrade the static dissipation. If conductivity falls below acceptable levels, use SURTECX.C.P. REJUVENATOR or DIAMOND MAINTAINER II (as appropriate), or recoat with the appropriate finish. If stripping is desired, use SURTEC L.O.S. or SUPER STRIP.
