Shown here at The Fillmore Center in San Francisco California, is an affordable, tough, water base acrylic coating with excellent durability. Oil, water and soil resistant, AQUAPRO 100 (CS-670) may be used as a seal or topcoat for masonry surfaces, such as concrete, terrazzo and stone tile. Aquapro 100 is suitable for both interior and exterior use, and will not yellow, haze or flake.

Developed to answer the architectural need for a natural, satin finish for stone that will provide safety and surface protection. NATURAL BEAUTY (FP-527) combines the ease of use and maintenance, of standard water-base floor finishes, with a new chemical technology which prevents the finish from becoming glossy, no matter how many coats are applied. NATURAL BEAUTY is safe for use on interior marble, granite, porous stone tile, terrazzo and similar masonry surfaces.

Surtec also offers special additives for grip or slip resistance. SLOW TRACK (ST-601) & EXTRA SLOW TRACK (ST-601X) These products are added to the seal at the time of application. Therefore they are evenly distributed and don’t settle to the bottom of the container. So, if you have a need for traction control, such as ramps, steps, wet or oily environments, then Surtec has the solutions for those problems too.
