All Surtec Technical Representatives attend a comprehensive initial hands-on training program on proper chemical usage and maintenance problem solving at our Tracy, Corporate Manufacturing & Factory Training Center.
On-Going Factory Training
Surtec Technical Representatives continue to attend on-going factory training sessions to stay up to date with the latest developments in products, programs, procedures and techniques. Surtec Technical Representatives also receive back-up support from our Research and Development Chemists and our Sales Management Team who represent many years of “hands-On” experience in the industry.
