Surtec Research and Development
All of the chemical formulas produced by Surtec were developed and tested in our Research
& Development Lab. Surtec employs two graduate chemists that specialize in the development of all types of cleaners and coatings. Many of our chemical products and programs were developed to solve a customer’s maintenance problem.
Our chemists are not only experts in lab research and development but are very comfortable onsite, in the field, testing products and procedures with our customers. With our “Hands-On” attitude we can truly understand your cleaning or coating requirements and develop products and systems to solve your maintenance problems.
In order to develop products that meet the current and future needs of our customers, Surtec chemists maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends in our industry including the latest developments in "Green" technology and air quality (VOC) regulations for consumer products and architectural coatings.
