Service calls are immediately dispatched to a factory
trained service technician
for quick response and complete repair (normally within
24 hours). Upon arrival,
the technician troubleshoots and isolates the problem,
then gives an estimate of
repair. With approval, the technician then begins and
completes repair of equipment
on the job site (subject to parts availability). All
Surtec Service Vans are fully
stocked with a large inventory of parts and complete
tool kit to ensure that a repair
can be completed on the first visit almost every time.
Surtec's Service Department tracking program is a value
added service that assists
our customers in assessing the total cost of ownership
of their equipment. Information
compiled in our database can provide an entire repair
history for a given machine.
Other value added services offered by Surtec include
training staff in basic care,
maintenance and safe use of janitorial equipment, and
our technicians also provide
Carbon Monoxide testing for propane powered equipment.
When major equipment repairs and warranty service are
necessary Surtec's factory
trained in-house mechanics can perform necessary repairs
at our Tracy Service Center
which features a fully equipped shop and extensive parts
inventory.
