The Surtec System reduces labor hours by 60% (a two person team can Prep & Recoat the average high school gymnasium in one working day).     Automated equipment reduces fatigue and increases productivity.     Increased productivity reduces down time opening up your Gym for play two to three days sooner.                   Gym Floor Preparation & Re-Coat Overview Use a Clarke Boost Auto scrubber to wet screen the floor with 100 grit rectangular sanding screens and a solution of Surtec LF-150 Heavy Duty Cleaner.     Deep Clean the floor with the Boost Auto scrubber equipped with Maroon Surface Preparation Pads and a solution of Surtec LF-150 Heavy Duty Cleaner.     Tack Rag the floor with Clean White Towels and cold water.     Apply Surtec Court Coat Gym Finish, using a Surtec Automatic Back Pack Finish Applicator with T-Bar Head.     After two hours dry time apply a second coat of Surtec Court Coat Gym Finish.     Allow Finish to Cure for forty eight hours before opening the Gym for play.
