The Surtec Automatic Applicator System is pressurized, not gravity fed. Combined with the trigger dispensing lever on the handle this pressurized system provides complete control of how much product you dispense from a full container of 2 gallons down to the last few ounces of product. |
| |
The specially designed, chemically resistant tank and plunger is outfitted with Viton gaskets and seals to allow the unit to be used with solvent based seals and finishes. |
| |
Backpack tank assembly weighs only 24 pounds at full, two gallon capacity. |
| |
Tank is securely mounted to a contoured scuba back pack with soft, easily adjustable straps for comfort and ease of movement. |
| |
The feeder hose from the tank is “chem-oil” solvent resistant tubing. The unique swivel attachment incorporated into hose keeps it from getting tangled. |
| |
At the end of the hose is the trigger valve with a quick disconnect fitting that attaches easily to the applicator handle. The trigger valve also has Viton gaskets to operate effectively with solvent based seals. |
| |
Finger Touch Control Valve allows the operator to easily control the amount of finish dispensed. |
| |
The handle is fiberglass with a unique honeycomb interior design for added strength. The handle is fitted with a nylon tube that is epoxied at each end to aluminum connectors, for additional solvent resistance. |

| |
| The Auto Mop allows traditional “wet mop” floor finish application without the need for bucket and ringer. |
| |
| |
| The Automatic Micro Fibre Applicator is ideal for applying ultra thin, even coats of waterborne finishes and sealers to smooth surfaces as well as applying impregnating sealers and acrylic stains to concrete. |
| |
| |
| The Surtec Automatic T-Bar Applicator is faster, more efficient and safer method of application of both waterborne and solventborne floor coatings and sealers compared to conventional “pour can & T-bar” methods. |
