Surtec “Fast Fill” Chemical
Dispensing System |
| The Surtec “Fast Fill” automatic chemical dilution system was designed to provide large volumes of properly diluted chemical in a short period of time for rapid dispensing of diluted product. |

A standard dilution control system provides less than 4 gallons of ready-to-use product per minute requiring 25 to 30 minutes to fill a 100 gallon tank in a large scrubber or other type of equipment.
The Surtec “Fast Fill” system provides properly diluted product at a rate of 40 to 50 gallons per minute. That same 100 gallon tank can be filled with properly diluted product in 2 ½ to 3 minutes. |

| Features of the Surtec “Fast Fill” System |
 |
The “Fast Fill” system does not require any electricity to operate. The only requirement is a standard water faucet and a standard water hose. |

The automatic metering system in the upper tank automatically dilutes the concentrated product from the lower tank to the desired dilution ratio as the upper tank is being filled. When the upper tank is filled to the proper level, the automatic float assembly turns off the water to the “Fast Fill” system. |

The filling device fills the tank from the bottom allowing rapid filling without creating excessive foam. |

|
|
Your equipment can now be filled through the convenient 2” hose and specially designed filling device that fills most tanks at the rate of 45 to 50 gallons per minute. |

| Surtec “Fast Fill” Chemical Dilution and Filling System |
| The 275 gallon lower tote contains the concentrated Surtec cleaning product. |
| |
| The upper container, which safely nests on the top of the lower concentrated product container, holds the diluted, ready-to-use product. |
| |
| This unit connects to a standard water hose to provide easy filling of the upper tank with properly diluted product. This hose connection also has a on/off valve for additional safety. This hose extends to the upper tank and attaches to the automatic product dilution device. This dilution device has a float assembly to automatically allow water to enter the system when needed and shut off the water when the proper fill level of diluted product is achieved. |

| Hose and Filling Gun |
| Note the large 2” filling hose and gun in the holding device (left side of photo). This filling gun with its extended tube is easily removed from the holding device and placed in the equipment solution tank, extending to the bottom of the tank to fill the unit rapidly without creating excessive foam. |

| Easy Rapid Filling of Equipment |
| The filling is achieved by gravity as the diluted chemical tank nests safely above the concentrate tank at a height of approx. 4 feet above the floor. There is a 2” ball valve where the hose connects at the tank for additional safety. |
